Permission is granted to electronically copy and print hard copy portions of this site for the sole purpose of placing an order with usb promo or purchasing usb promo products. You may display and, subject to any expressly stated restrictions or limitations relating to specific material, download or print portions of the material from the different areas of the site solely for your own non-commercial use, or to place an order with usb promo or to purchase usb promo products. Any other use, including but not limited to the reproduction, distribution, display or transmission of the content of this site is strictly prohibited, unless authorized by usb promo. Refunds
usb promo will happily issue a refund for any USB duplicator system purchased on these terms: The system has not been registered or activated, the unit will run for 15 days with no interuptions. This 15 days is your trial period and should be used to evaluate the machine. Once your product is activated or activation code has been issued, even with in the 15 days you will only be provided with the included warranty and all refunds will be denied. This is becuase once the product has been activated there is no way to get it back from you, and helps us prevent fraudulent transactions. Refunds for USB drives will be given if the printed artwork is substantially different from the one you approved during the order process, or there is a technical problem with the manufacture of your drives. Pre loaded files should be the same as the ones you have approved for use on the partition shown in your quote or invoice


Memory Capacity
The stated memory capacity for the drives are rounded to the closest logical interger, 1GB memory is usually 970-1025MB. There is a average of +/- 7% either side of the stated capacity. If you nee a drive to hold an exact 128MB file, you will need to order a 256MB drive to ensure the drive will hold the information with no issues because of the above reason. This is standard with all flash NAND memory due to the extreme tolerances the manufacture machines endure under process


Turnaround Time
We aim to get your drives to you as quickly as possible, but please remember that there are strict quality control practices that takes place to ensure your drives work on a wide range of systems. You are having an electronic component manufactured to bespoke requirements, and is not an 'off the shelf' ready to ship item. There are many processes that need to happen before a USB drive is ready for delivery including but not limited to; printing, custom colour dyeing, partitioning, data loading and locking, testing, packing and posting. We do offer estimated shipping times of 7-12 business days FROM CLEARED PAYMENT AND APPROVED ARTWORK but will not be held responsible for delays arising from shipping services, customs checks or other circumstances out of our control. The drives are manufactured in China to give you the most competitve price possible. There for transit times are extended in some cases. It is important for you, the customer to understand this before placing an order with us. Once you have placed you order we will not be held liable for delays in receiving your stock for any reason. Please also bear in mind that we are on your side, and do want to get your order to you in the fastest time possible. We have no interest or benefit in delaying orders. This is an industry wide term and your will find all other USB companies have either the similar terms, or do not tell you this untill after you have paid.


Approval
USB promo will in all cases provide you with a virtual proof before production, we will then make one physical sample drive and email a digital photo after payment. Once you, the customer has emailed us back approving the digital photo production will start and no artwork changes will be possible. You will also be bound to except the print that follows providing is does not significantly change from the proofed sample. In the case of uploaded content, and or data locked / auto run files, we will email you back a copy of the file to be uploaded. It is your responsibility to check the file works as you want it to, because once it has been approved and uploaded you are bound by these terms to except the product. If however the file is not the same as you approved in its key working, shape, look, sound or feel we will look at the matter internally, and decide if replacement drives are appropriate. ONCE YOU APPROVE THE FILE OR ARTWORK WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ERRORS OCCURRING FROM THOSE FILES OR ARTWORK. Please check and double check the files, if you are not sure seek further professional advice.

Warranty Disclaimer
This site and the materials and products on this site are provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. In the event that a usb promo product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, usb promo reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. usb promo reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, usb promo shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.


Term; Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by usb promo without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.

Returns / Refunds
usb promo will replace defective or missprinted items only if we are deemed to be at fault. Guranteed delivery dates are offered in good faith but circumstances can occasionally result the date being missed, if this happens a 7% discount will be offered on the cost of goods, and is final. What is data loading? Data loading is a technique our vendor uses to load your data onto USB flash drives before they ship. This is a great way to get two promotional items out of a single promotional product - your imprint on the physical drive, and your information digitally loaded onto the drive, visible on the end user's computer when they plug it in.


What can be put on the drive? Any file that a computer can use, within the size limits of your flash drive, can be placed on the USB drive. You can have a link to your website; a 30-second video spot for your company; a PowerPoint presentation; a PDF of your catalog; or even a special computer program. The possibilities are endless!


Is it compatitible with Macintosh and Windows computers? Yes, basic data loading is a usable option for both Mac and Windows computers as long as the files you put on the drive work on both systems. Other options, found below, may not be compatible with certain versions of Macintosh or Windows - but the flash drive will still be usable for data storage and retrieval. Contact us for more details and information about compatibility with other operating systems.


What other options are available? Data-locking (Non-erasable content) Data-locking will store your data permanently on the drive, ensuring that it is not erased. The user will still be able to add, remove, and use the file they place on the drives. To data lock a drive partition (see below) must be made and the locked data will be stored on this partition.


Auto-run Auto-run allows you to choose one file on your USB flash drive that you want to load every time the USB drive is plugged into the computer. To work best, you should choose an application file to run automatically. Please note that auto-runs may not work on Macs and some PCs with very high security settings. Auto-runs can be locked or they can be loaded on the main drive so the user has the option of removing the auto-run.


Password-locking the drive Our vendor can also password lock the entire USB drive without any preloaded data. This way your end user can set their own password when they first receive the drive and secure their own data with a password of their own choosing. What is partitioning? Partitioning digitally separates your USB drive into two parts. One part can be used like a normal flash drive; files can be placed on the drive, opened, and deleted. The other part shows up on the computer as a CD-Rom drive (when you choose the auto-run option) or as a “locked” flash drive (when you choose data-locking). With both of these options, the data on the second part of the drive cannot be edited or erased. Our vendor splits the drive into two sections (“partitions”) to lock your data. It is not possible at this time to lock the data using any other method. Please note that Mac users will not be able to view the second partition and any files or auto-runs that are saved on that partition.


Drives are supplied.. If a data upload is requested it will be loaded on to a non erazable section of the drive unless other wise specified. Duplication must be requested for loading on to an erasable part of the drive.


MULTILANE licence A 50.00 re activation fee will be charged for any new activations regardless of any circumstances.
